I bake my cakes from scratch as close to the date required as possible to ensure maximum freshness. With lots of repeat customers, my tried & tested recipes deliver on taste and I'm proud of every creation.

Below are some of the more popular cake & filling flavour choices but if there's something else that you'd like, please just ask, this is not a limited list. Cakes can be 'naked' (just the cake & filling), semi-naked (a thin coating of buttercream leaving some of the sponge exposed) or fully coated in buttercream ready for further decoration. I am not a fan of fondant iced cakes and personally feel that an extra layer of sugar is too much so I don't really make fondant iced cakes any more.
